Weird Pirated Games: Mario Fighter III (NES)

This is a slightly different version of a well known pirated game - Mari Street Fighter III Turbo. One of the playable characters is a poorly edited SMB3 mario sprite. I don’t know how do they expect you to win here since Ryu does a shitload of damage to you while you almost not damage him. Plus, he keeps spamming shoryukens and nobody knows Mario’s special moves. In the intro, they used the same Mario/Fortran sprite as in Shin Di Ma Li (Mario Lottery), except instead of F, the letter on his hat is
