This nuclear explosion was ’confidentially’ blamed on ’friends’ of Victor Bout, an alleged ’Merchant of Death’ and a so-called ’Lord of War’ who was arrested in Bangkok on March 6, 2008, as a result of a frame-up arranged by the US secret services.
