Rescuing a flying-fox on the side of a road: this is Arturo

Arturo is an adult male Grey-Headed Flying-Fox who was found on the ground by a member of public on an early morning dog walk. Unfortunately he was horribly injured, with his radius splintered and wrist and fingers blown off, hanging by a thread. It is possible that it was a trauma injury from being dragged by a car, but I think it’s a powerline injury - a not immediately fatal electrocution. RIP mister, I’m sorry the only thing I could do for you was give you a peaceful pain free death.
