Голубые глаза (Sinised silmad) - Oskar Strok orch. - 1930/33

One of the very earlist recordings of Oskar Strok’s (1893-1975) world-famous tango. Performed by Oskar Strok own jazz orchestra. A record is a special issue for an Estonian market (place notice “Made in Estonia“ on a label), made in 1933 by Bellaccord Electro. More likely the tune is recorded already in 1930 in Berlin (together with a vocal version issued under Adler Electro) but the current record is made using the 3-year old master in 1933. Bt the way, the Adler Electro version of this tune (with a vocal part in Russian) has been generally considered the very first recorded version of this tune. Bellaccord Electro 1933, M3713 (Ord no isn’t readable, label is damaged). Made in Estonia (Bellaccord Electro had a small pressing factory also in Tallinn, Estonia)
