Restoring and modifying an old AHD windsurfing board.
Modification of an old AHD 297 board. Fixed the finish, shortened the nose, painted, added deck pads and foot straps.
The new board is 267cm long, wide, approximately 90 litres and weighs 8kg.

Original Gorilla Glue
Epoxy resin mixed with fairing compound
4oz fiberglass
Epoxy resin
Automotive Acrylic Enamel spray paint
EverTek Non-skid powder
Automotive Acrylic Enamel clear spray

Alternative (more durable?) fairing and paint options include:
Polyester fairing putty
2-part Urethane Sanding primer
2-part Linear polyurethane paint
