Lupine are upgraded versions of the L7 switches with stem wobble improvement. The 2 stage long spring gives a quicker return. Great linear switch! Thank you for supporting Click and Thock! These tests were made with an FR4 plate. In this Durock Lupine Sound Test, I’ve made a typing test and a slow bottom out one. I also made a decibel meter test of the switch alone to measure the noise level with and without a keycap. All switches are STOCK without filming and lubing to compare them at factory state. Some are factory lubed and some are not. I want to compare the switches at their state right out of the box without modifications. Having said that, some switches could benefit some lubing.
