Sleeping Pigeons (1950)

Acton, London. Various shots of a pigeon called ’Snowy-White’ taking a nap on a tiny bed in the sitting room of his boy owner, Anthony Walker. Anthony strokes Snowy’s head until he drops off. The boy’s Mum sits knitting in an armchair. Several shots of the pigeon lying on his back on the bed, with his legs in the air (looks quite odd). Anthony looks at a clock on the wall, decides Snowy has had a long enough nap and wakes him up. The pigeon scratches and flutters; Anthony catches hold of him and pets him.
