Soyuz spacecraft still leaking on space station, 3 hours after detection
A Soyuz MS-22 spacecraft that is currently docked to the International space station is spewing coolant. Full Story:
The cause of this leak [is] not known at this time,“ NASA spokesperson Rob Navias said during live commentary. “Russian specialists are continuing to look at the data and discussing what may have triggered the leak.“
The leak was first detected at 7:45 p.m. EST (0045 Dec. 15 GMT) as cosmonauts Sergey Prokopyev and Dmitri Petelin were preparing to exit the space station for a 7-hour spacewalk outside the station.
