This is a great way to warmup before a workout OR a way to “jump” without jumping if you have an injury. ⠀ ✅Start with the rope behind you and flip it over your head. ✅Drag it in front of you while turning to your left. ✅Using your forearms and wrists, flip the rope behind you again. *Keep your arms low, flip that rope by using the rope’s momentum. ✅Face forward and repeat! ⠀ *I encourage you to do this on both sides (so repeat and turn to your right as well)! ⠀ Let’s get our flow on!🌊🤙🏼
