In this video I talk about how I’ve been able to grow my chest and get stronger. I discuss all three parts of the chest and how to target them by doing exercises that align with the muscle fibers. I also talk about mind muscle connection and give some tips on how to improve it. Those being pre-exhaustion and pressing the weight correctly. Both help activate the chest more as we go into our pressing movement. Which I believe should be a type of incline press to target the upper chest. Once we’ve done that we can move into the other movements like bench press, dips and fly movements. And to wrap up I talk about 3 mistakes I’ve made while trying to grow my chest.
