Huge wave floods California restaurant as high surf pounds West Coast

On Thursday, a powerful high surf hit Northern California. Surveillance video from Venus Spirits Cocktail & Kitchen Beachside restaurant in Aptos shows a wave sweeping away tables of an outdoor patio. Evacuation orders were issued in Santa Cruz as well as across the coast as dangerously high waves pound the coastlines, expected to reach a height of 33ft.
