THOMAS F. WILSON on “COMICS ONLY with PAUL PROVENZA“ (Ep 55 - 1990)

Tom is hilarious and adorable in person. Tom Wilson is perhaps most recognized as ’Biff’ Biff Tunnen from the “Back To The Future“ movies - but he started out in show business as a standup comedian, and continues to do standup to this day in addition to his acting career. Provenza met Tom way back in the early ’80’s when he was starting out at the legendary ’Comedy Works’ in Philaldelphia, where he often performed with late Judy Toll - who was the other guest on this particular episode. The taping was actually a kind of ’comedy high school’ reunion day. Tom had great stories about shooting the Back To The Future movies, Crispin Glover’s contract negotiations, and traveling around the world trying not to be the ugly American, while being called “Meester Beeeff!“ in Hong Kong.
