The Tyler Residence by John Lautner is a mesmerizing sight from the street below. A cantilevered living space with walls of glass and wood paneling set amongst the backdrop of greenery is a sight to be seen. Some may consider Peter Tangen to be a lucky individual to call this his first home, Two years after ownership he started a full blown restoration to maintain, preserve and update the home.
