This is our first stainless steel project before this we have no experience on how to weld on steel. we have some experience of welding on mild steel but welding on stainless steel completely different and stick welding makes it more difficult. It requires more finishing at each weld so you have to be very careful while doing this. People always tried to suggest us that use tig welding we knew that and we don’t use it because we can’t afford that, so that why we use stick welding. Other than that frankly said that it would never be a fun project, you know the meaning when you weld 16 gauge box pipe of stainless steel with stick welding.
