I Can’t Get Sober, It’s Too Boring! | The Truth About Sobriety

One of the main reasons people give for not giving sobriety a try is that they are afraid that they will get too bored. It’s hard for those of us who love to drink to imagine going through life without those awesome drunk highs. But after awhile we get tired of those drunk lows and realize that we need to make a change. But we can’t bear the thought of living our lives without alcohol. In this video I talk about my struggle with drinking and alcohol and how I have been blessed to be winning the fight these days. I discuss my thoughts on overcoming the fear of getting too bored while living a sober life. *Note: I do not use the term alcoholic or alcoholism because I think there is alot of negative energy around those terms.
