Video shows Al-Shifa hospital in Gaza in ruins in wake of Israeli military withdrawal

Israel ended its two-week operation on Gaza’s Al-Shifa hospital on Monday. Palestinian officials called the raid on a hospital a war crime, while Israeli officials said special forces units conducted a targeted strike against a Hamas stronghold deliberately located among vulnerable civilians. Video of the area shows dozens of people standing around what has become a wasteland of destroyed buildings. The World Health Organization said 21 patients at Al-Shifa died during the raid.
