Forecasters say that in most places snowfall will continue into Friday, with a yellow warning for snow covering all of England north of Birmingham. Bristol airport has been temporarily closed for snow removal operations, with morning flights being cancelled. Gatwick Airport said some passengers experienced minor delays Wednesday morning but the airport remained open and flights were operating.
