The story about cycling 3200km from Basque Country to Prague to visit my mom. It was 15th of May 2023. In the green hills of the Basque Country, I set off for a bike ride; a 3200 km bike ride that would take me all the way to my native country, where I haven’t been for almost two years. The Czech republic. I never really rode bikes before, let alone in the mountains! With the Pyrenees and the Alps standing majestically in my way - could I really pull it off? This little documentary isn’t so much about showing all the beautiful sceneries on my way, but rather about the journey that no kilometres could describe, the inner journey towards freedom and inner peace, one that made me fall in love with cycling, and one that showed me that no mountain is too high, no goal is too far.
