1 kg of potatoes
50 g flour
one teaspoon of oregano
1/2 teaspoon red hot pepper
fresh rosemary (can be dry)
italian herbs
one clove of garlic
100 ml olive oil
Clean, wash and cut the potatoes into thin circles. Heat the olive oil well. Mix the potatoes with spices and put them in a pan in 2 layers. Fry for 30 minutes under the lid. Drain the oil with a plate and turn over, pour the oil into the potatoes again and fry for another 15 minutes until tender.
