Since my last jelly fruit cake became popular and was recreated by many , I thought I should try a different version of is an edible flower jelly cake and inside of it is a pink wine flavored cake. I used dried edible flowers instead of fresh, as it is really difficult to find edible fresh flowers in Ottawa, this time of the year.😑 However, this was a really pretty cake, I don’t think the pictures do was absolutely delicious too.
