Tommy raised funds for his legal defence, but his bank, Tide, has frozen his account and seized the funds and will not release them in time for the hearing, which is scheduled for October 28-29 in London. This has created an emergency, as the legal team will not act without payment. It’s outrageous that Tommy could be put to trial without legal counsel — in the UK, even terrorists get lawyers, often paid for by the government.
