See The Beauty Inside This Log! - Wood Turning

This Red Cedar log didn’t seem to have much beauty in it when I selected it for today’s turning but I don’t like to see wood go to waste so it was time. The sap wood was punky and unappealing but I had hopes for the heartwood. In the end, there was still some decent sap wood to provide a wonderful contrast to the beautiful heartwood.
