What is Project Sunrise?

Qantas Airlines is Australia’s largest carrier and one of the leaders in the Pacific. Given the geographical location of the Southern Continent, Qantas always had to solve the problems of flights over very long distances, and the famous “Kangaroo Route“ became their mark. Now, in the 21st century, the development of technology and the emergence of new, more efficient airliners can allow them to fulfill their long-held dream - non-stop flights to distant capitals. Fulfillment of this dream - the Project Sunrise is one of the largest and most interesting challenges for the airline as well as for Boeing and Airbus, which now need to create a suitable aircraft ...
