Created to explore the raw movement within you, under all the forms and shapes that’s imposed upon. I created this unique choreography using the FLESH N BONES approach and was so glad to see the students enjoying and flying with it. The song HOLD ON by SBTRKT (feat SAMPHA) is my big favourite so had to dance on this! Taught this routine at the Yanis Marshall tour in Mumbai, India. Hoping to teach soon. Love.
