Richard Murphy visiting SSoA and giving a lecture about the work of the Italian architect Carlo Scarpa. Scarpa’s projects, particularly at the Castelvecchio in Verona and Querini Stampalia in Venice has been pivotal in defining contemporary approaches to architectural conservation and re-use. RIchard Murphy is acknowledged internationally as an expert on Scarpa’s work and has published several books that analyse his different projects.
