1 anchovy
1/2 tbsp lemon juice (14g)
1-2 garlic cloves
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 oz parmesan cheese (14g)
3 oz 5% Greek yogurt FAGE (85g)
CHICKEN MUCHROOM DINNER
3 servings:
16 oz mushroom (450g)
18 oz chicken dark meat
1 medium onion
4 garlic cloves
1.5 oz heavy whipping cream (42g)
3 oz 2% milk (85g)
CREAMY CHICKEN SOUP WITH BUTTERNUT SQUASH
6 servings
leftover bones
3 medium carrots
3 celery stalks
1 parsley root or bunch of parsley leaves
1 medium onion
1 tbsp kosher salt
ground pepper
half of butternut squash
2 canned tomatoes with juices - San Marzano style preferably
Can be served with ground beef (93%) for extra protein
