The Universal Spellblade Project

This league I decided to expand upon the building blocks of gigaRF from last league. I believe the scaling here will yield a stronger offensive result that can universally use essentially any hit based spell effectively while mainting a slight decrease in defences due to halving the energy shield via energy blade(important to note energy blade can be turned off and on whenever needed, for example doing a shaper ball phase I can simply turn it off and take on the shaper ball phase at double ES thus trivializing it.)
