Kitchen Eleven Madison Park

Eleven Madison Park expresses the spirit of grand New York dining with executive chef Daniel Humm’s touch. It was a great experience of been able to sample 16 dishes over a period of 4 hours, that was turned out in the Kitchen I was able to very much have the opportunity to see it from my own eyes whilst sampling NYC’s traditional crushed ice in a cone with apple flavoured syrup.
