I glued a napkin to the cover of the notebook as a base and let it dry. I glued lace and napkins on top. Wipes with water twisted into flagella. Clay used PVA. She dyed the notebook with acrylic paints. Made the foundation black. With a dry brush, I applied gold paint on top. And a sponge paint silver.
