The Dance Acrobatic (1930)

No title. Man does an acrobatic dance in the Pathe Studio. He does Cossack style dancing, kicking his legs out and flinging his arms in the air. A woman runs on stage and does the splits. She does various other gymnastic moves such as handstands and more splits. Her dress is black with a white lining which gives a nice effect when she does a handstand as the underskirt falls down around her body. The two hold hands and dance together doing high kicks and bends. Woman does the splits and her partner grabs her ankle and lifts her leg until she is standing upright. She then bends over backwards. He then pulls her over by her foot. The woman does some cartwheels whilst the man turns on the spot. We then see this part of the dance in slow motion.
