Dive and grasp from side-on position [Goalkeeper Warm-Up Programme]
Exercise: starting in a kneeling position, throw the ball in the air, catch it, gather it in and then dive to one side while extending your body. Repeat five times on the same side and then change side.

• Head to be aligned with body
• Eyes to be kept on ball while diving
