The awards celebrate the excellence of Architecture as Art. Her project is an Eco Working Rental Office in Surabaya, Indonesia. Congratulations, Michelle! The project is located on Simpang Dukuh Street, Tegalsari, a business district with a high economic income. The area is surrounded by diverse facilities such as offices, malls, hotels, and cultural heritage sites. The project aims to provide furnished office spaces for both business professionals and the local community who find this area attractive for work and leisure. The rental office offers a co-working space and various types of office layouts that suit the needs of its users. It also features a mini mall that complements the rental office function. The project incorporates sustainable design principles such as roof gardens and openings that reduce carbon emissions and create a communal space in the urban city.
