This one is a “pure“ orchestral piece. “Pure“, as in using only Orchestral instruments and percussion. So the story behind this one is quite simple really. Imagine a scenario where Cadence and Shining Armor didn’t defeat Chrysalis. She became the new ruler of Equestria. While a harsh and sturdy leader, the more time spends with her beloved subjects, the more her heart opens towards them. If she were in a old RPG, her alignment would be Lawful Evil. I wanted this song to reflect not only herse
