Mommy & Baby Workout

For this workout I have 2 special guests: my beautiful sister Anna and my sweet little niece Ella. These are fun, but effective exercises you can do using your baby as additional weight. Aim for 10-15 reps or about 1 minute for each exercise. Moms are busy and often times they don’t have the time to hit the gym. It is important to get it in when you can.
