NFS WORLD - - The Result of SKILL MOD

So with the patch of 31st May 2012, the Driver Skills has been removed and now being replaced by Skill Mod. Now it changed the game experience by a lot, thats why I’m refering it as . So how good is the new Skill mod?? Whats the outcome of this new feature?? This is what I show you here. Maybe not perfect test, but pretty much showed about that... how useless this new feature is.
