Behind the Magic: The Visual Effects of Brad Bird’s ’Tomorrowland’ – Here we revisit the effects work that ILM’s global team contributed to the film. As the first-ever film finished and released in 4K high dynamic range, the work on the film presented numerous challenges not the least of which was creating the city of Tomorrowland itself in a manner that would match into a much broader palette provided by the Dolby Vision HDR format.
