7th grader jumps into action to save bus driver and fellow students | ABC News
A Michigan 7th grader is being commended for jumping into action after a school bus driver suffered a medical emergency.
The student, identified as Dillon Reeves to ABC News by his parents, noticed the bus driver was “in distress,“ according to a statement from Warren Consolidated School District Superintendent Robert D. Livernois. Dillon “stepped to the front of the bus and helped bring it to a stop without incident.”
“I could not be prouder of his efforts,“ Livernois said.
