We love cinnamon buns so much that we have a special Cinnamon Bun Day ( 4th of October )😀 🇬🇧Recipe 📝 Ingredients: The dough: ⭐️ 1 kg flour ⭐️ 500 gr milk (finger warm) ⭐️ 150 gr butter (room temperature) ⭐️ 200 gr sugar ⭐️ 50 gr yeast ⭐️ 2 tsp ground cardamom ⭐️ 1/2 tsp salt Filling: ⭐️ 150 gr butter (room temperature) ⭐️ 100 gr sugar ⭐️ 90 gr brown sugar ⭐️ 5 tsp ground cinnamon Brushing: ⭐️ 1 egg ⭐️ 1 pinch of salt, few drops of water ⭐️ Pearl sugar Syrup: ⭐️ 200 gr water ⭐️
