Paint the Town Dead second new legendary halloween event quest of 2021. The only issue here is the lack of gold from no caravan objective but you can easily use merchant transports and using gold miners is also great choice. Building wall with towers can solve problem with one side and can make this quest more linear. Enemy attacks can be big so be ready for those as well.
