Full Day of Eating 1,800 Calories | Easy High Volume and High Protein Diet for Weight Loss

Coming at you guys with a super low calorie full day of eating only 1,800 calories while getting in 190 grams of protein. This is not my normal caloric intake this is simply a reset day after a weekend of drinking and enjoying food. I aim for a weekly average so low days can be used to offset higher calorie days. The meals today were extra high volume and high protein to fill me up and keep my muscles happy.
