The Dandy Warhols - “And Then I Dreamt of Yes“

For the week of August 10, featured the video for “And Then I Dreamt of Yes.“ Directed by Mark Helfrich and inspired by Robert Wiene’s German Expressionist classic, The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari, among other things, and shot in black and white, the video combines the surreal and the erotic into something visually stunning, and fits perfectly with the song, which happens to be one of the favorites of both band and director. As Zia McCabe explains, “’We as a band have a soft spot for old, vint
