He collapsed after 4 days of waiting in vain for his owner, he was abandoned

We received a message from a farmer who said there was an exhausted dog lying under a tree and needed our help. When we got there the farmer said he saw him there 4 days ago. We quickly went to the hospital afterwards to find out the cause and after all, our efforts helped Carletto overcome the danger.
