"From The Vault" - 1959 Gibson Les Paul Standard "Purdy Burst"

We’re back with another Burst! This one is an all original 1959 Gibson Les Paul Standard by the name of the “Purdy Burst“, and it is easy to see why! There has been one small repair made, but if you didn’t know about it, you probably wouldn’t notice it until close inspection - a fantastic job done at some point in the guitars life. This is a special instrument with a cool history that we’ll let Trevor fill you in on before we hand it off to the wonderful Aaron Hiebert through the Matchless King Cobra amp we’ve been loving on recently.
