Turkish bread
Ingredients
Water - 400gms
Sugar - 12gms
Dry yeast - 10gms
Flour - 500 gms
Salt - 8gms
Egg - 1no.
Milk - 1tbsp
White sesame seeds - for sprinkle
Black sesame seeds - for sprinkle
Chilli flakes - for sprinkle
Method
1. In bowl mix water, sugar and yeast. Let the yeast rest for 5-7 mins .
2. In bowl sieve flour and add salt mix together and add the yeast water in it and mix well.
3. Cover the dough with cling wrap and let it rest for 1 hour.
4. After 1 hour knead the dough and divide it into 2 parts.
5. Take one part of the dough and flaten it with your fingers and cover for more 10-12 the same with another one.
6. After resting transfer the dough to the baking tray and give a egg wash on both the dough.
With the help of finger tips, make dots or indentations with a diamond pattern on dough disc leaving an inch of space from the edge of circle.
7. Now sprinkle the top with a mix of both sesame seeds.
8. They are ready to go into oven.
9. Bake the bread in preheated oven at 180c for
