BOOTY BURN + ABS WORKOUT (No Equipment) At Home, No Repeat
If you are looking for an intense Booty ABS Workout then you are in the right place! In this 30 minute workout we will focus on glutes muscles to make them burn. We’ll also add effective abs exercise to tone and strengthen core muscles. No equipment is needed so you can start right now at the comfort of your home.
Workout starts with activation glute exercises. Don’t neglect this part of workout as these exercises will prepare glutes muscles to work them hard later and minimalize risk of any injuries.
There is no break between exercises but after a few i’ve included 15 seconds of break to take a breath and get ready for the next part of workout. However, take a longer breaks if you need or rest a little between exercises as necessary.
Want to progress with this workout and get results faster? Try to add weights here and there or increase time under tension. Repeat this routine 1-2 times per week for the next few weeks for optimal results.
