Cooking sake
Ajinomoto Umami seasoning, can be replaced by chicken bouillon (chicken flavor powder)
Garlic 2-4 cloves
Nutmeg powder
potato starch
Lemon
Vegetable oil or canola oil or any good frying oil. I typically use Veg. oil
kewpie mayonnaise if possible / or regular mayo
optional : hot sauce like sriracha or tapatio
Marinate :
Soysauce : 3 tablespoon ( L) ~ 400g
Mirin : 1 tablespoon ( L )
cooking sake : 1 Tablespoon ( L )
Ajino moto ( MSG ): 1/3 teaspoon or a couple of shakes from the contai
