Full titles read: “WELL DONE REPULSE ! - by beating “Hood“ in Annual Regatta wins coveted titles “Cock“ of the Battle - Cruiser Squadron.“ L/S’s of two large battleships in the background, presumably, the HMS Hood and the Repulse. In the foreground numerous rowing boats are seen approaching the Royal Naval vessels. High angle shot looking down on the gun turrets, visible are numerous crew members on the deck. L/S’s of a crewman in a clown costume who is riding a pantomime horse along the quayside to the “Repulse“, he is followed by man dressed as a cockerel, and a crew member who holds aloft a large shiny statue of a cockerel. They are all followed by a procession of crew members. L/S of the procession walking up the ramp of the “Repulse“.
