Relative pronouns | Defining relative clauses

In this English grammar lesson, I explain defining relative clauses, also known as restrictive relative clauses. I also give an explanation of the following relative pronouns: “who“, “whom“, “which“, “that“ and “whose“ and which ones to use for people, things and animals. You will also learn the grammar rules for using these pronouns as a subject or as an object. Sometimes we can omit the relative pronoun and this is known as a reduced relative clause.
