Quick Look: BOSS SL-2 Slicer Pedal, MIDI Sync’d Beat-Slicing Fun with Maschine!

Guitar pedals aren’t always just for guitarists, sometimes they make capable desktop FX units for beatmakers and electronic musicians, so today Mike’s taking the SL-2 for a spin with his Native Instruments Maschine . Boss’s new SL-2 Slicer follows in the footsteps of it’s bigger predecessor, the SL-20, providing MIDI sync’d beat slicing fun. But it doesn’t end there, with the software editor you can plug this pedal in to your PC via USB and make your own custom patterns!
