Ukrainian Independence Day August 24, 1996 complete program Kyiv

This program, over 1 1/2 hours was the first attempt by Ukrainian TV to broadcast a military parade and concert live on Ukrainian Independence Day from Kyiv. This was the 5th year of independence August 24, 1996. The parade and concert were rather lame, Soviet style, and improvements were made in following years. The tape is not the best quality made on VHS from a primitive SECAM broadcast.
